Where is my diary stored?
Your Rhyvelle diary is stored in an encrypted database on your phone. Rhyvelle does not currently offer accounts or cloud sync.

Can I back up my diary?
Yes. My Data can create an AES-256 encrypted backup file. Keep its separate recovery key safe; Rhyvelle cannot recover a lost key.
How do I use pregnancy tracking?
Open My Data and choose Pregnancy tracking. You can use either a last-period date or an estimated due date. Pregnancy tracking is optional and can be stopped without deleting your existing check-ins.
How do I use menopause tracking?
Open My Data and choose Menopause tracking. It replaces cycle and fertility estimates with symptom-and-wellbeing tracking. Pregnancy and menopause modes cannot be active together, and changing modes does not delete your diary history.
How does dark appearance work?
Rhyvelle follows your iPhone’s Light or Dark appearance setting automatically. You can change it in the iPhone Settings app under Display & Brightness.
How do I create a clinician report?
Open My Data and choose Create clinician report. Select the date range and information to include. Rhyvelle creates the PDF locally and opens the iOS share sheet only after you confirm.
How do I delete my data?
Open My Data in the app and choose Delete all data. Removing the app also removes its local database from that device.
Why are notifications not appearing?
Check that reminders are enabled in Rhyvelle and that notifications are allowed for Rhyvelle in your phone’s system settings.
Can Rhyvelle be used for contraception?
No. Predictions are estimates based on the information you record. Rhyvelle is not a medical device and must not be used for contraception, diagnosis, or treatment.
